20th June, 2022: NCC, NSS & Fit India, Kohima College units organised a program themed “Yoga for Humanity” in commemoration of International Yoga Day
In commemoration of International Yoga Day, the three committees NCC, NSS & Fit India, Kohima College units, jointly organised a program at the Kohima College courtyard, Kohima college. The Resource Person was Kelhouzasie Lawrence, yoga instructor, Ayush.
21st April 2022: Voluntary Service for the Orientation Programme on “Implementation of NEP 2020 with Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) at Undergraduate level”
3 NSS Volunteers & 1 Program Officer provided voluntary service as guides/volunteers during the Orientation Programme on the “Implementation of NEP 2020 with Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) at Undergraduate Level” organised by Nagaland University in collaboration with Higher Education Department, Govt. of Nagaland, at Kohima College, Kohima.
2nd April, 2022: Sanitation Drive & Poster Campaign on College Campus
A Sanitation Drive was jointly organised by the NSS with the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Committee. The College Campus including the college ground were cleaned in preparation for the Sports & Cultural Week. Several awareness posters on Cleanliness, Proper Waste Disposal & Covid-19 related issues were also pasted on the walls across the college campus. Altogether, 89 NSS Volunteers, KCSC executives, 3 NSS Program Officers & 2 Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Committees members participated in the drive.
28th March 2022: Orientation Programme for new NSS Volunteers
An Orientation Programme was conducted for the new NSS volunteers of Kohima College in the Conference Hall, KCK. The Orientation was delivered by the Program Officers of NSS Unit, Kohima College.
26th March 2022: Cleanliness Drive
40 NSS Volunteers along with 2 NSS Program Officers participated in the “Cleanliness Drive” conducted by NSS Unit, KCK, at Government Middle School, Kruoliezou, Kohima.
