1^st March, 2022: Awareness & Demonstration Programme on Fire Safety

The Disaster Management Committee in collaboration with the IQAC Kohima College, Kohima, organised an Awareness & Demonstration Programme on Fire Safety for the 6^th semester students of the college.

Mr Chumbemo Patton, Nagaland Fire & Emergency Services was the Resource Person. He began by talking about the importance of learning the basic & first-hand knowledge of fire extinguisher. This was followed by a manual demonstration on the use of fire extinguisher during emergencies. The students took turns learning through a hands-on participation.
