22^nd October, 2020: Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat (EBSB) (CISCO WEBEX) Virtual Meeting

5 NSS volunteers participated in the Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat (EBSB)(Cisco Webex) virtual meeting. The program was organised by the NSS Unit of Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur. Under the EBSB Abhiyan, Nagaland had been paired with Madhya Pradesh & Manipur.

10 NSS volunteers participated in the Covid-19 Pledge Campaign launched by the Honourable Prime Minister. The pledge was initiated as part of the Nationwide “Jan Andolan” for Covid-19 pandemic appropriate behaviour.

12 NSS volunteers participated in the “NEP Transforming India Quiz” organised by the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India. This quiz was initiated as part of “Shikshak Parv” celebration across the country.

1 NSS volunteer participated in the National Webinar on National Education Policy (NEP). The event was organised by the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, to create awareness about NEP, 2020.

Day

2 NSS volunteers participated in the “Fit India Freedom Run” at Kohima. The event was organised by the Department of Youth Resources & Sports to mark National Sports Day.

4 NSS volunteers participated by watching the launch of “Fit-India Youth Club” by the Honourable Minister-in-charge for Youth Affairs & Sports.

1^st -31^st January, 2020: Training for Republic Day Parade at New Delhi

1 NSS volunteer attended the training for Republic Day Parade at New Delhi. The student was selected to be a part of the NSS Contingent in the Republic Day Parade 2020 at New Delhi.
