The 5th semester students from the Department of Functional English along with Smti. Cheryl Kevichusa, Asst. Professor, were invited to do a live broadcast to be aired nation-wide for the programme –Sankalp se Siddhi – New India Manthan (2017-2022) on Independence Day, 15th August 2017.
The students expressed their views and hopes of New India by speaking on a variety of topics such as Women Empowerment, Digital India, Education and Skill Development, Corruption Free India, Sports, etc. The programme lasted a duration of 30 minutes.
