1. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, all admission process will be online only.
2. College Prospectus and Admission forms will be available online ( )
3. `200/- + ‘SBI Collect’ services charges as applicable will be charged during submission of Admission forms.
4. Admission forms submitted will be scrutinized by the Admission Committee members and the selected list shall be displayed in the college website ( Boards. The selection process will be as per the criteria reflected in the college prospectus.
5. The following documents must be uploaded along with application form:
• A recent colour passport size photograph.
• Signature of the applicant.
• Signature of the parent/guardian.
• Differently abled certificate (if applicable).
• Category/caste certificate.
• Indigenous Inhabitant certificate of Kohima district (for applicants qualifying from Govt. Hr. Sec. Schools of Kohima district)
• Mark sheet & Admit Card of HSSLC / 10+2 level Examination.
6. Uploading of incomplete and fabricated details / documents shall be summarily rejected.
7. Selected candidates will be required to provide measurement details for College uniform.
8. The decision of the Admission Committee shall be final and binding. Canvassing in any form shall disqualify a candidate. Any student failing to take admission on specified date(s) and time shall forfeit his/her claims.
9. Steps for online admission:
• Visit college website:
• Register for online admission.
• Fill up the admission application form and submit. A text message with ‘reference ID’ will be sent to the mobile number initially registered for online admission. (Important: reference ID will be required for every online payment and future log in).
• Make online payment for ‘Admission form submission fee’ at SBI Collect payment portal.
• Declaration of selected list for provisional admission.
• Visit college website:
• Log in with ‘reference ID’.
• Review Admission application form. (Subject combination and Annexure I & II).
• Provide measurement details for College uniform.
• Submit and proceed to make online payment for ‘Admission fee B.A. and B.Com. 1st Semester’ at SBI Collect payment portal.
• Text message to links for social media accounts of the College will be sent to the registered contact numbers after successful admission, through which all necessary information/instructions will be posted/updated.
